White Eaglets Learn About Time with Their Own Clocks! 🕒
Time flies when you’re having fun! Our White Eaglets combined creativity with learning as they made their very own clocks using paper plates, paint, stickers, and movable clock hands.
The children began by carefully painting their paper plates before decorating them with colorful stickers to make each clock unique. They then added the numbers and attached the clock hands, proudly watching their creations come to life.
As they worked, the class learned about the different parts of a clock, practiced reading the numbers in the correct order, and explored how the hour and minute hands move to show different times. Through games and teacher-led activities, the children enjoyed practicing simple times while building confidence in this important everyday skill.
This hands-on activity helped strengthen fine motor skills, number recognition, and early mathematical thinking, all while encouraging creativity and independence. The White Eaglets were excited to take their handmade clocks home to continue practicing telling the time with their families! ⏰🎨
