This year’s sleepover event was full of swashbuckling fun! The theme was pirates and mermaids so boys enjoyed making a pirate hook craft and girls were adorable as mermaids with their own originally designed mermaid tail. We all ate dinner together followed by a walk in the dark to the local park to light fireworks. It was quite an exciting experience for many students! After sleeping all together in the school we woke up early and played a rip roaring exciting treasure hunt game to see who could open the treasure chest first. Who was the winner? For many students it was the first time for them to be away from home and even for the older students it was a fun and different experience to sleep at school.

We had such a great time and we hope to see you again next year.
