覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールの年長クラスPink Eagletsでは、保護者参観日を迎えました！子どもたちは、おうちの方がクラスに来てくださることを楽しみにしていました。💛

今回は、保護者の皆さまにもレッスンに参加していただき、親子で一緒に学ぶ特別な時間となりました。

レッスンのテーマは、動物の食べ物。「Carnivores（肉食動物）」「Herbivores（草食動物）」「Omnivores（雑食動物）」について学び、みんなでカラフルな動物ポスターを作りました。🦁🐘🐻🎨

学んだことをおうちの方に伝えようとする子どもたちの姿も見られました。自分の知っていることを大切な人と共有する経験は、学ぶ喜びや、自分を表現する自信につながります。

保護者の皆さまに、普段の英語での学びや、お友だちと一緒に活動する様子を身近に感じていただける、うれしい機会となりました。

週の後半には、公園での外遊びも楽しみました！戸外でのびのびと体を動かし、学びも創作も、お友だちとの楽しい時間もいっぱいの一週間でした。🌿✨

当園では、子どもたちの好奇心を大切にしながら、英語を通して知識を広げ、自分の考えを伝える経験を重ねています。

Our Pink Eaglets had a wonderful time welcoming their parents to school for Parents Visiting Day! It was a special opportunity for the children to share their classroom experience with their families and for parents to see their children learning and enjoying their time at school.

During the lesson, we learned about carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores. The children explored what different animals eat and thought about which category each animal belongs to. They then worked together to create their own animal posters, using their ideas and creativity to show what they had learned.

The Eaglets were very excited to have their parents join them and enjoyed showing off their knowledge and sharing their ideas. It was lovely to see the children confidently participating in the lesson while enjoying this special time with their families.

Later in the week the Pink Eaglets headed to the park for some outdoor fun! They enjoyed running around, playing together, and making the most of the beautiful day.

It was a fun and memorable Parents Visiting Day filled with learning, creativity, play, and lots of happy smiles! We hope our families enjoyed experiencing a little part of the Pink Eaglets’ school day with us.
