今月の覚王山インターナショナルプリスクール年長White Eagletsクラスは、「スポーツとゲーム」をテーマに大盛り上がり！
運動を通じた英語学習だけでなく、クリエイティブな工作にも挑戦し、充実した1ヶ月を過ごしました。

今月のハイライト：

・Wear Something Sporty Day: お気に入りのスポーツウェアを着て登園！英語への関心が高まる楽しい一日となりました。

・金メダルを工作: 粘土を使ってオリジナルの「金メダル」を作成。達成感とともにスポーツの楽しさを体感！

・理想のスポーツフィールドを設計: 箱やクラフト素材を使い、自分たちだけのスポーツフィールドをデザインしました。「想像力を英語で形にする」活動です。

・多様なスポーツ体験: サッカーやバスケットボール、水泳など、さまざまなスポーツを英語で学びました。

ただ英語を学ぶだけでなく、スポーツを通じて「チームワーク」や「想像力」を養います。今月も、子どもたちの生き生きとした笑顔と素晴らしいアイデアに驚かされる毎日でした！

The White Eaglets had an exciting month exploring our All About Sports and Games theme! We kicked things off with Wear Something Sporty Day, and the children loved coming to school dressed in their favorite sportswear. It was a great way to celebrate our new topic and share our love of sports with friends.

As part of our creative activities, the children made their own sports medals using clay. After carefully shaping their medals, they painted them a shiny gold, just like real champions. Everyone was proud to wear their special medals and celebrate their hard work.

Another highlight of the week was designing original sports fields using boxes and a variety of craft materials. With paper, scissors, glue, and their imaginations, the children created unique stadiums and playing areas for sports such as soccer, basketball, and even swimming. They enjoyed planning their designs, solving problems together, and adding creative details to make each sports field one of a kind.

This week’s activities encouraged creativity, teamwork, and imaginative thinking while helping the children learn more about different sports. We can’t wait to continue exploring new games and activities as our Sports and Games unit continues!
