スプリングスクール2021　3日目

覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールでは今週の月曜よりスプリングスクールを開催しています。 3日目の水曜日はみんなが楽しみにしていたイースタースカベンジャーハント！！！ スカベンジャーハントはリストに載っているアイテムを探し出そう！というゲームです。 イースターに関する単語（例えばpink egg🐣, bunny🐰やbasket等）が載っている絵が色んな場所に隠されていて、みんな楽しそうに探していました！ 先生から “Where is the yellow egg?”「黄色の卵はどこかな？」と聞かれると、みんな一斉に黄色の卵を探し回ります✨ あるお友達が “I found the yellow egg!!!”「黄色の卵を見つけたよ」と元気よく教えてくれました。 “The basket is under the table.”「バスケットは机の下にあるよ。」と教えてくれたお友達もいました。 みんなで協力してリストに載っていたアイテム全部を見つけることが出来ました♪ イースタースカベンジャーハントの後はもう一つのお楽しみ✨ピニャータタイム🍭 ピニャータとはメキシコのお祝い事によく使われる日本のくす玉のようなもので、紙で作られた型枠の中にキャンディなどのお菓子を入れ、それを上から吊して棒で叩いて割るゲームです。 箱の中に何が入っているのかな？みんなワクワクしながら箱を叩きます。みんな順番にスティックを振りかざすと、中からコロコロコロ… 昨日カラフルな卵がたーーーくさん入っていました😄 みんな一生懸命頑張ってくれたので、キャンディーのプレゼント🎁みんなとても喜んでくれました！ 来週の水曜日も謎解きゲームとピニャータの楽しいゲームを用意しています。みんな遊びに来てねー😄 お問い合わせは☎052-763-1223にお電話ください。

スプリングスクール2021　2日目

覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールのスプリングスクール2021の2日目はエッグハントを行いました🐣 エッグハントとは卵探しのことで、イースターラビットが卵を隠すといわれていてその卵を探すゲームです。 おもちゃ箱やカーペットの下など色んな場所に隠されてる卵をみんな一生懸命に探していました。 カラフルな卵の中に混ざっていたゴールデンエッグを見つけたお友達は大興奮！！！素敵なプレゼントをもらってとても嬉しそうに見せてくれました✨ 卵を見つけてくれたお友達にはキャンディのプレゼント🍬お迎えの時に嬉しそうにママに見せる姿がとても可愛かったです💛 エッグハントは来週の火曜日も開催予定なので、皆さんの参加をお待ちしております！！！ お問い合わせは☎052⁻763-1223へお電話ください。 詳細はこちらからご覧ください。

スプリングスクール2021 初日

覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールではスプリングスクール2021を開催しています😄 今年のテーマはイースター🐰テーマに基づいて、昨日はうさぎ🐰のマスクを作りました。Let’s paint your bunny with your finger!「指でうさぎを塗ってみよう！」という先生の言葉に子どもたちは大喜び🎵絵の具の感触を楽しみながら、みんな上手に色塗りができました。 I made a pink bunny!!!「ピンクのうさぎを作ったよ！」と出来上がったマスクを嬉しそうに見せてくれました。 今年のスプリングスクールも楽しいイベントが盛りだくさん！イースターエッグハントや謎解きゲーム、遠足（小学生のみ）など楽しいイベントをたくさん用意しています。空席もございますので、覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールで楽しい春休みを一緒に過ごしませんか✨ お問い合わせは☎052⁻763-1223へお電話ください。 詳細はこちらからご覧ください。

Setsubun 2021 ~ Ogre visits Kakuozan International Preschool!

Oh No! It’s that time of the year again when an ogre comes and visits our preschoolers. Students arrived at school nervous because they knew that the ogre was waiting for them. We practiced saying, “Go away Ogre, Welcome happiness!” with a big voice and throwing “beans” to scare it away. Our oldest students (Eaglets class 5-6 years) are practiced veterans and could confidently dodge and duck away from the ogres but our smaller ones (Ducklings and Hummingbirds students) were quite scared but were strong enough to finally chase it away! Will it return next year? Let’s wait and see.

Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️ From Kakuozan International Preschool

It is almost Valentine’s Day (14th February) and our Parrots students (4-5 years class) spent this week making a lovely gift for their parents. First, they traced the outside of their hands and using the back of a pencil, created a dot pattern using pink and red paint. After it dried, we decorated it with extra paint and stickers. The following day we also made hearts from origami paper. We hope you have a lovely and warm Valentine’s Day.

Eaglets Science Lesson

White Eaglet had an interesting science lesson mixing oil and water. We asked the question, “What happens if we mix water and oil.” Using a pet bottle that we brought from home, we mixed water and oil together and… it didn’t mix. No matter how much we shook the bottle, it always separated. To make it more fun we also added food coloring and paint to the water to see if the consistency changed. It was a fun science lesson. It was exciting to be able to take the bottle home to show our family too.

スクールの避難訓練の様子のご紹介

覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールでは、子供達の安全の為に毎月避難訓練を行っております。この日は地震を想定した避難訓練を行いました。「earthquake！earthquake！（地震！地震！）」の声と笛の音が聞こえると子供たちは慌てる事もなく頭を抱えダンゴムシのポーズ（手で後ろ頭を守って小さく体を丸める）を上手にすることができました！！ 覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールでは保護者の方にもご参加頂く引き取り訓練を年に2回行っております。こちらは以前行った時の写真ですが、引き取り訓練の写真です。防災ずきんを被り、第一避難場所の「城山公園裏グランド」まで歩いて行きました。 1，2歳児クラスの子供たちもカートに乗って行きました。どの学年の子どもたちも、しっかりと先生の話を聞いて無事に避難することが出来ました。

毎年恒例のビッグイベント、クリスマスコンサート。今年はコロナ禍で開催も危ぶまれましたが、スタッフ一同、ソーシャルディスタンスを保った演目を作り上げ、観客である保護者の皆様にも多大なるご協力を頂き、無事開催することができました。子どもたちが練習の成果を発揮し、キラキラの笑顔でダンスをしたり劇をする姿に保護者の皆様、スタッフ一同、感動に包まれた素晴らしい1日となりました。皆さま、ご協力ありがとうございました。 Our annual Christmas Concert was a held this year at the Moriyama Cultural Theatre. Due to the coronavirus, we had to make many changes to the program in order to ensure the safety of our families and teachers. Parrots Practice Jump Rope!

Our Parrots Class (4-5 years) are busy practicing jump rope during their P.E. lessons. While their friends count to 50 in 2’s, they practicing jumping as many times are they can. Since last year they have improved so much. They love P.E. classes and enjoy moving their bodies. 覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールにサンタさんがやって来ました！ Santa comes to visit!

もうすぐクリスマスですね。クリスマスのイベントとして今年もサンタさんが覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールにやって来ました！！HO! HO! HO！と笑いながらサンタさんが登場！Hatchlingsクラス（プリスクールコース1～2歳クラス）にサンタさんが入ると子供たちから”Wow!!”と大歓声！！みんなサンタさんからプレゼントをもらい大喜び！サンタさんが帰った後も”Santa big!! Santa big!!”（サンタさん大きい！サンタさん大きい！！）と英語でお話していました！また一つ素敵な思い出が増えました！ Santa came to visit the Hatchlings class! With a big Ho, Ho, Ho! Santa entered the room and all the students received a secret present! Everyone said “Wow!” when they saw Santa with their presents.
