今週、覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールでは子どもたちがとびきり楽しみにしていたイベント「ファニーソックスデー」を開催しました。登園した瞬間から、教室は色とりどりの靴下と子どもたちの笑い声でいっぱいに！

レインボーカラーの靴下、かわいい動物柄、思いきりミスマッチのペア、ストライプや水玉、スーパーヒーロー柄、ふわふわ素材のものまで…それぞれが自慢の“特別な一足”を嬉しそうに見せてくれました。
モーニングサークルでは、「どんな色？」「どんな柄かな？」と観察しながら発表タイム。お友だちや先生に見てもらうことで、自信と表現力もぐんと育まれました。

さらに、クラスでは「ファニーソックパレード」も開催！
まるでランウェイモデルのように歩きながら、自分の靴下を披露しました。教室は拍手と歓声で大盛り上がり。お友だちを応援する姿からは、思いやりの気持ちも感じられました。

This week we had one of the silliest and happiest days at our preschool ～ Funny Socks Day! From the moment the children arrived, our classroom was full of colors, patterns, and lots of giggles.

Some children wore bright rainbow socks, some had socks with animals, and others proudly showed off their mismatched pairs. We even saw stripes, polka dots, superheroes, and fluffy socks! The children were very excited to show their friends and teachers their special socks during morning circle.

We also did some fun activities throughout the day. The class enjoyed a Funny Sock Parade, where the children walked around the room showing their socks like models on a runway. There was lots of clapping and cheering!

Thank you to all the families for helping the children join the fun. We loved seeing all the amazing socks! 🧦
