Our Eaglets (5-6 years) and Parrots (4-5 years) classes have a Running Program and outside play together. At the local field we practice running laps and sprints together before going to Shiroyama Park next door and playing freeze tag, run around and play on the slide. Everyone loves moving their bodies and having fun together!
