覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールDucklingsクラスのパークデー/公園遊びの様子です。今日も楽しい公園遊びができました。

覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールの年長EagletsクラスではSimon says game”(サイモンセイズゲーム)をしました。このゲームは英語圏でよく知られているゲームで、指示を出す人が、命令する文の前に”Simon says”(サイモンさんの命令です)という言葉を付けたときだけその動きをし、”Simon says”という言葉がなくて命令したときには、その命令に従ってはいけないというルールです。 子ども達はこのゲームが大好きです。巧みな言葉や動きに引っかからないように一生懸命に指示を聞いていました。 Simon Says… touch your nose! Simon Says… jump up high! White Eaglets enjoyed playing this during a brain break in class. They listen to the teacher and then each other to follow instruments and try not to get out!

覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールの子ども達は秋の遠足でモリコロパークに行ってきました！走ったり、跳んだりしながら施設を探検し最高に楽しい1日を過ごしました。年少Hummingbirds クラスは初めて親御さんがいない子どもと先生だけの遠足でした。Great job (^▽^)/ We went to Moricoro Park for our Autumn Field Trip! It was so much fun to run, play, jump, explore and learn together. It was the first time for our Hummingbirds class to go without their parents and they did a great job (^▽^)/

覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールの年長Eagletsクラスでは獣医さんごっこをしました。子ども達は紙とリボンで聴診器を作り、白衣を着てお友達が連れて来た病気の動物の診察をします。怪我をした動物の傷にバンドエイドを貼ったり、折れた足を治したり、薬を飲ませたりしました。子ども達は交代で獣医さんになったり患者さんになり、楽しい時間を過ごしました！Pink Eaglets class made play stethescopes from paper and ribbon. After wearing white coats, friends brought their sick pets to be checked by a doctor. They had fun bandaging and fixing broken legs and giving medicine. They had fun taking turns being customers and vets.

覚王山インターナショナルプリスクール年中Parrotsクラスのパークデー/公園遊びの様子です。鬼ごっこをしたり、ブランコで遊んだり。ブランコや滑り台の順番待ちもしっかりできます。お友達に “Wait please!” 「待ってて」と伝えると、待っている子ども達がone, two, three と数えます。20秒経ったら交代！今日も楽しい公園遊びができました。 Parrots are enjoying playing at the park. They are learning how to play tag, swing by themselves and play together! Parrots are great at waiting their turn on the swings. They ask their friends, “wait please!” and friends will count to 20 seconds

今日はパターンデー！覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールの子ども達は、しま模様や水玉、花柄などパターン柄の思い思いの服装で登園しました。ランウェイを作ってファッションショーも行いました。子ども達は自分の順番が来ると音楽に合わせて自信満々にポーズをとります。とても可愛い1日でした！ We celebrated Patterns Day at our school. Children came to school wearing their favorite clothes covered in patterns, colors and shapes! We loved walking down the the runway and showing off our clothes to everyone.

覚王山インターナショナルプリスクール年少前Ducklingsクラスではフリープレイの時間に歌を歌ったり、踊ったり、好きなおもちゃで遊んで過ごしています。最近の流行りは”Let it Go!” 毎日大きな声で小さい体をめいいっぱい使って表現します！Ducklings love singing songs together all day! Recently they have been singing “Let It Go,” from Frozen every 👏single 👏 day👏 after lunch while they play together. They sing as loud as they can complete with gestures and big smiles. Go Ducklings!

子ども達が待ちに待っていたお泊まり会を行いました。今年のお泊まり会のテーマは『スーパーマリオお泊まり会！』子供たちはスーパーマリオやピーチ姫、キノピオ、ヨッシーなど、スーパーマリオの好きなキャラクターになって参加しました。楽しいゲームやピーチパフェ作り、ピニャータなど最高に楽しい時間を過ごしました。お友達や先生とスクールで一緒に泊まり、特別な時間を過ごしました！

秋になり少し涼しくなりましたね。覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールでは、朝のモーニングランニングプログラムを再開しました。モーニングランニングプログラムでは、週一回近くのグランドに集合し、80メートルのトラックを1周から3周かけっこします。基礎体力をつけ、努力することやあきらめないこと、そしてチームワークを学びます。覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールの子供たちは、3年間毎週朝走ることによって運動能力の向上も目指します！ Autumn is finally here and children at Kakuozan International Preschool go the field next to Shiroyama Park and run laps and marathons to build their stamina and team spirit! It is fun to run together

覚王山インターナショナルプリスクール年少Hummingbirdsクラスのランチタイムの様子です。スクールではスクールランチをオーダーすることができます。子供たちはランチタイムが大好き！お友達と色々なお話をしながら楽しく食事をとります。もちろん英語での会話です。Where did you go yesterday?Can we play together after lunch?そんな会話が聞こえてきます。苦手な野菜もお友達と一緒だったら食べることができるんですよ。 The Hummingbirds children at Kakuozan International Preschool enjoy eating lunch together. They like to chat with their friends and try new vegetables and food they may not usually eat!
