今日は珍しいお客さま。カタツムリが覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールにやってきました！子供たちは大喜び。じっと観察したり、触ってみたり。目はどこにあるかな、口はどこにあるかな？生き物の観察は興味深いことがたくさんあって楽しいですね。子供たちの観察力や興味を引き出します。 Today, a slimy little friend came to say hello! In the North and South Building, we showed our students a snail 🐌and encouraged the children to examine it closely by looking up close or from afar. Some were even brave enough to hold it on their hand!!
今日は覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールで人気のイベント、パジャマデー！みんな思い思いのお気に入りのパジャマで登園。パジャマでファッションショーを行いました。パジャマでレッスンやランチも食べましたよ！ We love having fun events at our school! This month at Kakuozan International Preschool, we decided to get comfortable and enjoy Pajama Day! Students from all our preschool classes came to school this week in their favourite pair of pajamas to show their friends, classmates and teachers. We had Circle Time, played games, did our lessons and ate lunch all in our pajamas! How funny and silly.
The new Hummingbirds class (年少クラス) at KIPS under the guidance of Nane and Miho enjoy playing at the park. We walk to Shiroyama Park in Chikusa every week and play on the swings, drop in the sand, pick up leaves and have fun on the slide. Since April, the Hummingbirds have been walking to the park with the Eaglets students (年長) and have been learning how to play with their older friends.
覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールの1歳児クラスはランチ後にお昼寝の時間があります。 布団に入ってスヤスヤと眠る子ども達は天使の様。先生達は温かい気持ちで見守ります。 スクールではうつ伏せ寝は禁止、10分ごとに仰向けでちゃんと寝ているか、左右どちらを向いているのか、変わった様子はないかチェックして記録し、子ども達の安全を確認します。 子どもの睡眠じかんについてはこちら
年少クラスでは水遊びをしました。 “Can I wash the dish?”“OK! Here you are. ”など英語でのやり取りが聞こえます。 覚王山インターナショナルプリスクールでは毎年プール遊びやウォーターファイト、室内での水遊びなどの水を使ったアクティビティーを行っています。
